Being a native from the land of spices, I can’t imagine any of my snack platter served without a dash of this flavorful stunning sauce. This green dip is an extremely versatile condiment and is a favorite friend of almost all kind of Indian snacks.

I have seen this green chutney in my kitchen for years now. Since childhood, I haven’t seen any supper being served without this great dip in my family. This is my dad’s favorite and he likes it the most when prepared just fresh. So, mom prepares it almost everyday. This is the same green chutney or dip Indian restaurants serve with papads as soon as you sit at your table.

This basic chutney is even perfect for using as a dipping sauce with cutlets and samosas or to serve with main course dishes like biryani.

This is a pure no-fat chutney that I prefer to dab on my sandwiches to make them look more appetising. This Green minty dip is very refreshing with burst of flavours. It may even be paired up with sweet and sour chutney to add an extra edge to your snack.

The rich Green condiment compliments all Fasting snacks. FalaHari Chutney is no onion-no garlic recipe suitable for fasting (upwas/vrat). So, make this Navratri fasting more special with this flavorful Falahari chutney.

You can store the dip in an air-tight container in the refrigerator and it stays good for a week.
